What People Have to Say
Dear Christine:
We are so overwhelmed with the beauty, love and gentle
nature that you were able to capture in this outstanding
portrait of Regina and Gizzy. There are absolutely
no words to express how genuinely touched we are by
your generosity - to us and to Boxer Rescue - for
doing this portrait.
You are a treasure.
Fondly,
Pam and John

Christine,
I don't know if you'll remember, but you did a piece
for me a few years ago. My partner's cocker had recently
died and you created some wonderful images of her as
a Valentine's gift. (Since renderings of a dead dog
are such an odd Valentine's gift, you actually may remember!)
Not only did you capture Sami's personality perfectly
utilizing photographs and our conversations, I was extremely
impressed by your level of concern that I be happy with
the art you were creating.
By chance I was copied on an email recently regarding
placing a link to your website on the Boxer Rescue Los
Angeles website. I know that came up many, many months
ago and I guess it fell through the cracks. As I had
done then, I again emailed the others about the great
experience I had working with you on the Sami project
and I'm glad to see the link is finally up. |
Today, our paths crossed a third time when my wonderful
friend, Elayne Boosler, presented me with one of your
tremendous Boxer Bash 2002 prints. I have to tell you:
It is not only the favorite gift I received this holiday
season, it is among a handful of favorite gifts I have
received in my entire lifetime. It is just splendid.
I love posters of that style and vintage and have actually
thought to myself before how I wish someone had included
a boxer as an image in one of those posters. Now, I
have such a poster and the presentation is absolutely
perfect, beyond any I would have hoped for.
We will treasure this work always. Of course, we would
delight in it simply because of its beauty. But, it
means so much to us for other reasons. Elayne and I
met through rescue work and she is both a dear friend
and a person who I greatly admire for her commitment
to helping animals in need. She gives so much of her
time and talent to support this cause, it seems quite
fitting that I'll always think of her when I see this
print which you created - another who gives such a tremendous
amount of her time and talent for the same cause.
Thank you for all your efforts supporting the work
that saves the lives of so many deserving creatures.
You are so gifted and the beauty of your work alone
would bring joy. The fact that you use your talent as
a means of assisting rescue work makes it even more
special.
I just had to let you know how glad I am that our
paths crossed again today.

| Wow!!!!!
My husband checked our e-mail this morning before I
woke up. When I came downstairs he said, "My sister
is going to cry. Wait until you see the beautiful portrait
of Frankie." It is just magnificent. Thank you
so much! Your work is going to make a really nice person
very, very happy on Christmas. We are leaving for Baltimore
on the day after Christmas - to celebrate the Holidays
with my sister-in-law. I'm even more excited to go there
now than I was before.

You, my
dear, have outdone yourself! I gasped when I saw my
little Kiwi as the jester. WOW! Incredible. Her tail's
even wagging. :)
Thanks aren't enough........
